Hello,

I am living in Southwest Wyoming and am a complete rookie.

I am probably going to just browse for a bit, but I did build my first paludarium. Plants arrive Tuesday and Wednesday.

Then I will wait a bit to let the tank grow out a bit and make sure there are no issues and then get a pair of newts to live in the paludarium.

I figure this is the best place to be in case I run into issues.

Welcome! What is the species of newt that you shall be housing!?

I am undecided, but I am leading towards the Crested Newt due to having a fairly sizable water area.

After the water stabilizes, I will look into purchasing a pair.

I only know a few species, but the crested seems like it would do well in my set up.
